Most recently, Abramo served as CEO of HireRight, where he led the company’s initial public offering in 2021 and later facilitated its privatization in 2024. His career also includes senior leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Experian, Ingram Micro, Exxon/Mobil, and KPMG Consulting. Throughout his career, Abramo has earned recognition for his ability to foster innovation, operational excellence, and sustained growth.

Abramo, a Las Vegas resident, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MBA from Georgetown University. He now takes the helm of Cision’s global operations and looks forward to building upon the company’s existing momentum.

“Cision is a dynamic company with a strong legacy and an incredible future,” said Abramo. “I am honored to join this team and look forward to collaborating with employees, customers, and stakeholders to build on our momentum and achieve new milestones together.”
